Lifetime Warranty

We are committed to bringing you the best products and services. That is why we offer a lifetime warranty on all our products. We warrant N2T products against defects in manufacturing and workmanship.

We will repair or replace any product that we determine to have manufacturing or workmanship defects. You will be responsible for covering return shipping expenses and any applicable taxes.

Our lifetime warranty does not cover general wear and tear, scratched lenses, accidental damage,  misuse, or any other problems determined not to be a result of manufacturing or craftsmanship defects.

Shipping Policy

After an order has been placed it usually takes 24-48 hours to be processed and packed (excluded weeks and national holidays).

Delivery date quotes are estimates only and delivery of your products may take less or more time. Generally expect longer waiting times for overseas deliveries. Please note that overseas deliveries may be subject to customs inspections and customs-related delays. We are not liable for any customs-related costs or delays that may occur.

           

Return & Exchange Policy

We require proof of purchase or order confirmation to complete returns. Refunds are only applicable when the product shows no signs of use, damaged, missing parts, or without accompanying merchandise (Example: returning goggles without accompanying protective case.) We offer refunds upon receiving undamaged returned products. please contact us for further instructions regarding returns. 

Customers bear the expenses or returning product.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for lenses.
