SHIPPING, RETURNS + REFUNDS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with original labels. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Items brought on sale or discount are not eligible for return or refund. Customers are liable for the cost (shipping cost, duties and tax, if shipping internationally) of returning the items.

It is strongly recommended that you use a signed for and insured courier service when returning items as we will not be held liable for lost or damaged items.

Please create a note detailing your order number, returned item(s), and your full name to be sent inside your returning parcel.

We only accept returned items that have been ordered from N2T.store.com. If you have brought products from an authorised third-party retailer you must contact them and follow their returns process.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

We use reliable tracked services from multiple couriers such as Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, and Parcelforce. The Courier delivering your order may differ depending on your location. You will receive an email confirmation of your courier and tracking number once your parcel has been collected.

Please note that deliveries being made to Finland, Denmark, Norway or Sweden may be delivered to the recipient's closest Parcel shop. The courier service will notify you with regards to the postal office where you can collect your parcel from. This is usually the recipient's local postal office.

UK - Flat Rate: £4.99.  Free for orders over £80

Europe - Flat Rate: £8.99.  Free for orders over £150

Rest of the world: £12.99.  Free for orders over £250

We reserve the right to cancel any order we cannot cost-effectively deliver. If this is the case you receive an apology email and a full refund.

We are currently only shipping within England, Wales and Scotland.

BREXIT

Please note that due to the new Brexit rules and customs checks, European orders may take longer than usual to arrive. In addition, please be aware that the UK has now left the European VAT area, and your package may be subject to additional duties and tax charges once the package has arrived in the destination country.

Please note that us and our delivery service providers are taking extra care packaging and delivering parcels to ensure everyone is safe durinig the pandemic. These extra precautions may cause delays.
