What is clearpay?

Clearpay allows you to purchase in four instalments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for £200, you pay 4 instalments of £50. There is no additional cost to use Clearpay as long as you pay on time.


All of your payments are interest-free, and you will receive your order right away.


Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit to allow you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every two weeks. To be eligible for credit from Clearpay, you must be a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands), aged 18+. Further eligibility criteria and T&Cs apply. Clearpay Finance Ltd.

Make sure you can make your repayments on time by each due date to avoid late fees. Not paying on time will lead to a late fee of £6, and, if your order is more than £24, a further late fee of £6 if it is still overdue after 7 days. If you fail to pay on time, your Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future.

Will there be any additional charges on my order? like import VAT and Duties charges?

We only use PPD (Pre-Paid Duty) courier services so our parcels can clear through customs swifty at no extra expense to our customers upon delivery.


Destinations without PPD courier service

Due to the reformed EU tax regualtions, not all EU countries are currently set up to faciliate PPD services. If this is the case with your order you will be notified via email of the two options avaible to you. 


Option 1: Customer pays VAT and duty upon delivery.

We will calculate an estimate for the VAT and duty your order will incure at customs and refund you the sum via the payment method used to place the order.


Once the shipping courier service has contacted you regarding VAT and duty fees. Use this refund to pay the VAT and duty amount. 


Please note that these are estimated calculations, your courier may charge more/less than the calculated sum.


Option 2: Cancel and Full refund


As you parcel has not been shipped yet, you have the option to cancel your order and recieve a full refund. 


The refund will be made to the original payment method and may take a few days to arrive and be subject to transcation charges depending on your payment providers policy.




How long will it take to receive my delivery?

Please note that us and our delivery service providers are taking extra care packaging and delivering parcels to ensure everyone is safe durinig the pandemic. These extra precautions may cause delays.


 BREXIT

Please note that due to the new Brexit rules and customs checks, European orders may take longer than usual to arrive.


Shipping times

UK: 3-5 working days

Europe: 5-8 working days 

Rest of the world: 10 - 15 working days

Whats your returns policy?

We offer a 14 calendar day return period starting from when you recieve your delivery confirmation email. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with original labels. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. 


Items brought on sale or discount are not eligible for return or refund. 


Customers are liable for the cost (shipping cost, duties and tax, if shipping internationally) of returning the items.

It is strongly recommended that you use a signed for and insured courier service when returning items as we will not be held liable for lost or damaged items.

Please create a note detailing your order number, returned item(s), and your full name to be sent inside your returning parcel.

We only accept returned items that have been ordered from N2T.store.com. If you have brought products from an authorised third-party retailer you must contact them and follow their returns process.

what delivery methods are available to me?

All our orders are sent out using an Internationally tracked delivery method, usually UPS, FEDEX or Royal Mail. Courier services may differ depending on your location but we always use a reliable tracked service.



What countries do you ship to?

We deliver globally but reserve the right to cancel any order we cannot deliver cost-effectively. 


If this is the case with your order you will be notified via email and given a full refund.

How much does shipping cost

Shipping Costs

UK: Flat rate: £4.99. Free for orders over £80

Europe: Flat rate: £8.99. Free for orders over £150

Rest of the World: £11.99. Free for orders over £250

Will my package be tracked?

Yes, all our packages are tracked. You will receive your courier tracking number via email once your item has been shipped.


Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We aim to move shipments out quickly. As a result we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to make any changes once your order has been placed.


If you have recieved shipping confimation there is no way of changing your order before it reaches you.  


We urge you to carefully check your basket, paying particular attendtion to size and colour before you order. 

What Payment do we accept?

we accept all major credit and debit cards. We provide a fully encrypted and secrue payment process.


No payments details are kept on any servers.

When should I replace my lenses?

Our goggles are designed to be rugged and durable. Using premium thermoplastic materials our lenses and especially our frames are highly impact and scratch resistant.  


You should think about replacing your lenses when they become heavily scratched or you have to frequently wipe moisture from the inside of the lens. 

What does the warranty cover against?

Our 2-year warranty covers agaisnt manufacturing defects that may cause the product to become unusable prematurely.

What products are covered in the 2-year warranty?

Goggles and lenses are all able to be registered for warranty. 


You do not have to register each individual product. You can register an entire order for warranty and your warranty will automatically be assigned to you order, covering all eligble products.

Can I purchase additional lenses?

Yes, of course. You can buy additional lenses for your N2T™ Goggles.

We do not offer spare lenses or replacements for our sunglasses.

How do I care for my N2T™ lenses?

Always keep lenses in a protective sleeve or hard case to avoid unnecessary damage. 


Never use any solvents, adhesives or markers that are not intended for the product. E.g using anti-fog wipes are permissable as they are intended to be used on goggles/glasses.


Better yet, make sure you register your products for a 2-year warranty after your purchase.
